RBF with back propagation

Hi,
I was able to create a basic feedforward NN and trained it using a Resilient Propagation method. But got lots of errors while using a RBF network.
Can you please provide a simple example on how to create a RBF network with back propagation training and testing a sample?
Thanks in advance.
I am currently using V 3.0.
