What is the best way to become involved as Encog contributor?

I am good with Java, C# and also C++. Also with the maths.

Just clone the encog repo to a github repo of your own. Then you can make changes there and push them to us.

A good place to get started is to submit fixes to issues reported on github. Unless there is some specific functionality you would like to discuss adding.
