I was sent the First Edition
I ordered Encog 3 in C# and did not receive the latest edition.
Would you send it to me -- I assumed you would do that automatically. Correct me if I am wrong, but I believe there are two editions.
The first edition is filled with typos and bugs, and I understand the latest edition is a virtual re-write.
Perhaps there was a choice of editions which I missed?
