Updated MACD Example for Encog 3.0 and NinjaTrader 7

Thanks for posting updated code samples for Encog 3.0 and NinjaTrader 7 at the wiki link below:

Would it be possible to provide updates to the original MACD code samples to 1) output the data from NinjaTrader, 2) generate and train the neural net, and 3) the NinjaTrader indicator to use the neural net. The OHLC example is useful, but would like to see an end-to-end solution for an indicator.
