Encog seems to run on Google App Engine just fine.

Here you can see that the XOR example gets solved.

That XOR example takes 1400 ms for App Engine to process and gets taken away from 6,5 hours of free CPU time daily.

I am going to use Google App Engine as the datastore for a distributed NEAT application but thought it would be interesting to see what happened.
