Using Encog with Second Life

Now that the Linden Scripting Langauge uses Mono, is it possable to upload the Encog DLL and access its functions from Linden scripting language?

Mono is just what LSL is compiled into, really its the same old LSL. Linden labs does not provide any means to upload a DLL, such as Encog to be used in game.
