How to get started?

Hi!
I am a new comer here.
I've downloaded Encog-WorkBench and Example files, but how can I get started?
There seems little documents for the Encog project, I mean docs like "Introduction".
How can I start learning?

Also, though not Encog specific, the intro to neural network book has much to introduce the topic of neural networks.
