Tasks for the next 2.x version of Encog

Now that 2.0 is released for Java and Encog DotNet is in beta, it is time to start thinking about tasks for 2.1 and beyond. I am going to try and do a better job of getting tasks out to people who are interested in helping. If any of these sound interesting to you, please contact me.

These are at varying skill levels. Some are just general programming things. Others require AI research.

I never got back to you on a task before when Encog 2.0 was in beta, sorry about that, task distribution got a little disorganized in the past.

Is fastprop even necessary. Wasn't it sort of a "hack" to help backprop get out of local minima. Which Encog hybrid training seems to do well enough with simulated annealing. Plus resilient training works better than backprop with fastprop anyway.
