• Tortoise SVN - A good Windows client for using Subversion (SVN). SVN is the source control that we use.
• Sharpdevelop - A free IDE for use with C# and VB. Can open Visual Studio project files. Seems to work just fine with Encog.
• Visual Studio Express - Express editions of Microsoft Visual Studio, totally free. Works great with Encog. These are the real Microsoft products, offered free for educational purposes.
